Trapped is a 1949 semidocumentary film noir directed by Richard Fleischer, written by George Zuckerman and Earl Felton. The drama features Lloyd Bridges, Barbara Payton, John Hoyt, and others.

Like many semi-documentaries, the film begins with a voice over footage of the treasury department, telling the story of what the department does. Then it quickly begins the story once a woman tries to deposit a twenty-dollar bill at the bank that turns out to be phony.

Trapped (Gardner novel)

Trapped is a science fiction novel written by the Canadian author James Alan Gardner and published in 2002 by HarperCollins Publishers under its various imprints. The book is the sixth installment in Gardner's " League of Peoples" series of novels, set in the mid-25th century. While the majority of the novels in the series take place in outer space, Trapped (like Commitment Hour, the second novel in the series) is set on "Old Earth", and does not feature the series' continuing character Festina Ramos.

Trapped (Tupac Shakur song)

"Trapped" is a song by 2Pac that deals with police brutality. It was a single from his debut album, 2Pacalypse Now. The first verse tells a story of 2Pac being harassed by the police, one even shooting at him. He then fires back and says he did it because he was tired of constantly being profiled and abused by police officers. 2Pac then depicts the police chasing after him and eventually cornering him. He then ends the song with the line "I'd rather die then be trapped in the living hell", implying if forced into a corner he would rather die than live life in a cell.

The song samples "Holy Ghost" by Bar-Kays and "The Spank" by James Brown. "Trapped" was featured on 2Pac's Greatest Hits in 1998.

Produced in association with the National Geographic Channel and Cineflix (which produced Mayday, also known as Air Crash Investigation), the program examines various actual incidents or disasters in which victims were trapped on the site.

Trapped is an Australian children's television series which first premiered on 30 November 2008 and finished its first run on 18 April 2009 on the Seven Network. The 26-part series was shot entirely on location in and around Broome, Western Australia from May to October 2008. A follow up series entitled Castaway began airing on the Seven Network on 12 February 2011. Many of the actors in the main cast of Trapped reprised their roles.

"Trapped" is a single released by American dance music artist Colonel Abrams in 1985. It has since become known as Abrams' signature song and still receives airplay on dance radio stations in the UK and the US.

This song has arguably remained Abrams' biggest hit on both sides of the Atlantic, topping the US Hot Dance Club Play chart for one week in September 1985 and peaking at number 20 on the soul chart.
