Neobus a.d. (full legal name: Neobus, Novosadska fabrika autobusa a.d. Novi Sad) is a Serbian bus manufacturer which declared bankruptcy in 2012. The major shareholder since 2004 was a Saudi businessman Alaa Maghrabi Mohammedali A. Neobus produced buses on its original chassis and on the chassis of world's major manufacturers such as Volvo, DAF Bus, Mercedes-Benz, FAP etc.
Neobus is the name of two separate and unrelated bus manufacturers:

- Neobus (Brazil)
It is also the name of a Polish Bus Company:
- Neobus (Poland)
Neobus is the tradename of Brazilian bus manufacturer San Marino Onibus e Implementos Ltda (San Marine Omnibus and Implements Limited) based in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. Neobus initiated production of buses in 1999 and has already manufactured over 30,000 vehicles. The company manufactures the bodies for a whole range of coaches, e.g. microbus, intercity and touring coach. Its primary manufacturing plant, located in Caxias do Sul.
