Hasta la Vista (Ruslan Alekhno song)

"Hasta la Vista" is an English language song (though the title is in Spanish and a Russian version has also been recorded), by Belarusian Ruslan Alekhno. The song was performed as the Belarusian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008. The song was originally written in a dance-pop style, but has been heavily re-arranged and remixed for the contest in a pop-rock style more similar to the 2007 Belarusian Eurovision entry: Work Your Magic.

The song was succeeded as Belarusian representative at the 2009 contest by Petr Elfimov with " Eyes That Never Lie".

Hasta la Vista (Oleksandr Ponomaryov song)

"Hasta la Vista" was the Ukrainian entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2003, their debut entry, composed by Svika Pick and Mirit Shem Or and sung by Oleksandr Ponomaryov in English.

The song was performed 16th on the night of the contest (following the United Kingdom's Jemini with " Cry Baby" and preceding Greece's Mando singing " Never Let You Go"). The song received 30 points, placing 14th in a field of 26.

The song was succeeded as Ukrainian representative at the 2004 contest by Ruslana with " Wild Dances".
