DYRC Radyo Cebu 648 kHz is an AM station owned by Pacific Broadcasting Systems in the Philippines. The station's studio is located in the 3rd floor of the Doña Luisa Building, Fuente Osmeña, Cebu City and transmitter is located at Brgy. Tangke, Talisay, Cebu. along with its sister stations DYXR, DYHR, DYBU and DYTS.
