What is "chronos"

Chronos (; , "time," also transliterated as Khronos or Latinised as Chronus) is the personification of Time in pre-Socratic philosophy and later literature.

Chronos is a 1985 abstract film directed by Ron Fricke, created with custom-built time-lapse cameras. Originally released in IMAX theaters, it is now available on DVD, Blu-ray, HD DVD, and for free on Hulu and YouTube.

Chronos is the name of several fictional characters of DC Comics supervillains who take their name from the Greek personification of Time and have the ability of time travel and can manipulate history.

Chronos, amalgamated with Flash rouge Heat Wave, made his live-action debut in Legends of Tomorrow portrayed by Dominic Purcell.

Chronos is an EP by German metalcore band Callejon.

Chronos is a Russian music band formed in 2004 in Moscow. The project was started by Niсk Klimenko, a professional musician and sound engineer. The musical style of the project varies greatly within different genres of electronic music combined with motives of classical and ethnic music as well as vocal and recordings of nature sounds and live voices.
