Beechwood is a historic house at 495 Main Street in Southbridge, Massachusetts. The two story Stick style house was built in 1868 as a wedding gift from Jedidah Marcy to his granddaughter, and was one of the first houses of the early Victorian style to be built in Southbridge. It was also one of the first built in that section of Southbridge, an area that would not be fully developed until the 1890s. Its porch, while typical of later buildings, shows details that are indicative of the earlier Italianate styling.
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
Beechwood is a Hudson River estate in Scarborough-on-Hudson, in Briarcliff Manor, New York. The estate was most notably the home of Frank A. Vanderlip and his family, and is a contributing property to the Scarborough Historic District. The house and property were owned by the Vanderlip family from 1906 to 1979. The property is now a 37-condominium complex as the result of a development project that began in the 1980s.
Contemporarily, Beechwood is known for being a filming location of the 1970 film House of Dark Shadows, and a filming location and the primary setting of Savages, a 1972 Merchant Ivory film. Beechwood, also known as Jericho, is a historic home located near Beales, Southampton County, Virginia. The frame dwelling was built in several sections between about 1790 and late-19th centuries. It consists of a two-story, three-bay main block dated to about 1790 with a side-hall, double pile plan. It has a small one-bay wing at the east end; a two-bay, one-cell wing at the west; and a two-story, two-room ell off the west wing. The front facade features a one-story pedimented porch with a dentil cornice and full entablature supported on Tuscan order columns.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

It was built in 1871, and is a two-story, Italianate style brick dwelling with a hipped roof topped by a cupola. Also on the property are the contributing dairy house, smokehouse, granary, barn, cow shed, and carriage house.
