Želkovice is a village and municipality ( obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and had a population of 88 as of 2 October 2006.
Želkovice lies approximately north-east of Louny, south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and north-west of Prague.
