Xiphodon

Xiphodon \Xiph"o*don\, n. [Gr. xi`fos a sword + 'odoy`s, 'odo`ntos, a tooth.] (Paleon.) An extinct genus of artiodactylous mammals found in the European Tertiary formations. It had slender legs, didactylous feet, and small canine teeth.
