Welcome Home (Coheed and Cambria song)

"Welcome Home" is a song by progressive rock band Coheed and Cambria, released on September 20, 2005 through Columbia Records. It is the third track on the album, Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness. The song was the first single on the album and was made into a music video. The song tells of the hostility in The Writer and Miss Erica Court's relationship in The Amory Wars, according to bandleader Claudio Sanchez. It reached #24 on the Mainstream Rock chart. A 7" version backed by a live-version of "The Crowing" and sold with the album.

The song was featured as a playable track in the game Rock Band, as well as the soundtrack of the Xbox 360 version of Madden NFL 06. It was also the official theme of the re-branded version of WWE NXT between June 2012 and February 2014.

Welcome Home is the debut solo album by Backstreet Boys member Brian Littrell. The album was released on May 2, 2006 on Sony BMG and Christian music label Reunion Records. The album peaked on the Billboard 200 at number 74, and at number 3 on the Christian Albums chart. Four singles have been released from the album: " Welcome Home (You)", which charted at number one on the Christian Songs chart, and won Best Video of the Year of Dove Award. The album has sold over 100,000 copies in U.S as of April 2007.

"Welcome Home" also known as "Welcome Home (You)" is a single by Backstreet Boys member Brian Littrell. It was the first single from his first solo album Welcome Home, and it was written by Littrell and Dan Muckala. Littrell wrote his part in Vienna, Austria when he was touring with the Backstreet Boys. This song was also featured in the compilation album WOW Hits 2007.

The single reached #2 on the US Christian AC Charts. It was also #1 for 3 weeks on the US Christian Inspirational charts.

"Welcome Home" was a song made popular by Peters and Lee.

Originally written by Jean Alphonse Dupre and Stanislas Beldone in French and translated into English by Bryan Blackburn, the record was produced by Johnny Franz. Coming after their success in the talent show Opportunity Knocks, Peters and Lee recorded Welcome Home becoming the duo's only number one single in the UK Singles Chart, spending a week at the top in July 1973. It went on to sell over 800,000 copies in the UK.

The song received minor US crossover, appearing on Billboard's Bubbling Under The Hot 100, Country charts, and most notably on the Easy Listening chart, where it peaked at number twenty-six.

The song was used in an advertising campaign by Walkers Crisps when Gary Lineker returned to the UK after playing abroad.

Welcome Home is a 1989 drama film directed by Franklin Schaffner. It stars Kris Kristofferson as a Vietnam War veteran who returns to his family after many years and who tries to readjust to life nearly 20 years later.

The film also stars JoBeth Williams, Brian Keith, and Sam Waterston, with the song "Welcome Home" performed by Willie Nelson. It was Oscar winner Schaffner's final film. It was released almost three months after his death.
