Tvrzice is a village and municipality ( obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 128 (as at 28 August 2006).
Tvrzice lies approximately north of Prachatice, north-west of České Budějovice, and south of Prague.
