Tribanj is a settlement in the municipality of Starigrad, Zadar County, maritime central Croatia. It is situated below the Velebit. According to the 2011 census, there were 267 inhabitants. According to the 1991 census, there were 481 inhabitants; 69,23% Croats and 25,57% Serbs. The settlement has a Serbian Orthodox church (dedicated to Archangel Michael), built in 1865, a Serbian Orthodox chapel on the cemetery (dedicated to the Holy Trinity), built in 1830, and a Roman Catholic church (dedicated to Mary Magdalene). The Serb families inhabiting the settlement are, including their slava, the Babac (George), Lukić (John), Marinković (Michael and Basil), Poljak (George), Prodan (Elijah) and Štrban (Nicholas).
