Tlučná is a village and municipality ( obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 2,898 (as at 31 December 2008).
Tlučná lies approximately west of Plzeň and south-west of Prague.
