Sundown (S Club 8 album)

Sundown is the second album by British pop group S Club 8. The album was released in 2003 and went to number 13 on the UK Albums Chart.

Songwriters and producers who contributed to the album include Korpi & Blackcell, Jewels & Stone, Yak Bondy, Hannah Robinson and former Dead or Alive members Tim Lever and Mike Percy. The track "One Thing I Know" was co-written by former Spice Girl Emma Bunton, who also provided backing vocals. The title track was also released by another 19 Management act, American Juniors.

Sundown (Gordon Lightfoot album)

Sundown is Canadian singer Gordon Lightfoot's tenth original album, released in 1974 on the Reprise Records label. It reached #1 in the US on the pop chart, the only Lightfoot album to achieve this. In his native Canada, it topped the RPM 100 for five consecutive weeks, first hitting #1 on June 22, 1974, the same day it reached the top on the south of the border.

The album marked the pinnacle of Lightfoot's acoustic folk- country blend before he embarked on an increasing use of electronic instruments, although he did include some electric guitar, notably on the title track.

As for singles, the title track reached #1 on the pop and adult contemporary charts as well as #13 on the country chart, while "Carefree Highway" reached #10 on the pop chart, #1 on the AC chart and #81 on the country chart.

Sundown (band)

Sundown was a gothic metal band formed by Mathias Lodmalm and Johnny Hagel, (who was also in Tiamat) after disbanding their previous band, Cemetary. It was itself disbanded again when Mathias Lodmalm reformed Cemetary together with Christian Silver and Herman Engström. All of Sundown's albums were released by Century Media Records.

Sundown (video game)

Sundown (also known as Guillermo del Toro's Sundown) is an unreleased video game that was under development by Terminal Reality for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Not much is known about the game, except that film director Guillermo del Toro was co-developing the game, and it would take place in a world where the players would have to survive an apocalypse while fighting against zombies. According to del Toro, the game would have been similar to Left 4 Dead.

Events in the game ratchet up the terror and game opportunities as the game goes from the calm hours before the first outbreak to the worst moments in these characters' lives.

The game fell into difficulties and was postponed for some time, but according to a 2006 article on Joystiq.com it was cancelled in favor of two new projects.

Sundown is a 1924 silent film Western drama produced and distributed by First National Pictures and starring Bessie Love. Frances Marion, Marion Fairfax and Kenneth B. Clarke wrote the screenplay based on an original screen story by Earl Hudson. This film was the only production cinematographer David Thompson ever worked on. This film is lost.
