Still Water (Love)

"Still Water (Love)" is a 1970 hit single written by Smokey Robinson and Frank Wilson, who also produced the track for Motown singing group The Four Tops, who took the song to the top ten of the UK pop charts and to number 11 in the US pop chart. The socially conscious single was a departure from the group's past recordings and produced a smoother sound than the raucous Norman Whitfield productions that belayed on The Temptations. The single features Miracles member Marv Tarplin on guitar and The Andantes adding in additional background vocals shouting out Still water! The single became The Tops' first top ten R&B single since 1967's " Bernadette".

Still Water

Still Water was a research and development laboratory at the New Media Department of the University of Maine that studied and built networks for artists, academics, and other creative professions. Still Water examined networking from technical, social, and political angles; specific areas of interest included online collaboration, indigenous sharing protocols, and limits placed on artistic remixes and filesharing by intellectual property law.

Still Water (sculpture)

Still Water is a 2011 outdoor bronze sculpture of a horse's head by Nic Fiddian-Green, located at Marble Arch in London, United Kingdom.

The piece was commissioned to replace an earlier and similar, but slightly smaller, work, Horse at Water. This was installed at the same site temporarily, but then moved to Daylesford, Gloucestershire, the home of Sir Anthony and Lady Carole Bamford, who had commissioned it.

In 2012, Fiddian-Green cleaned the sculpture himself, using a cherry picker. He said:
