Starbolt
Starbolt (sometimes known as Bolt) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is usually depicted as a member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard, and first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #107. He acts as an enforcer of law in the Shi'ar Empire and is part of the royal guard.
