Silodosin (trade names Rapaflo (USA), Silodyx (Europe and South Africa), Rapilif (India), Silodal (India), Urief (Japan), Urorec (Russia)) is a medication for the symptomatic treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. It acts as an α- adrenoceptor antagonist with high uroselectivity (selectivity for the prostate).
