Předklášteří is a village and municipality ( obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 1,453 (as at 3 July 2006).
Předklášteří lies approximately north-west of Brno and south-east of Prague.
The main historical and tourist attraction is the Porta coeli Convent - a 13th-century women monastery with, in the Czech Republic, unique architecture.
