Pocinovice is a village and municipality ( obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 534 (as at 28 August 2006).
Pocinovice lies approximately south-east of Domažlice, south of Plzeň, and south-west of Prague.
