Nišovice is a village and municipality ( obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 220 (as at 2005).
Nišovice lies approximately south of Strakonice, north-west of České Budějovice, and south of Prague.
