Metzar
Metzar is an Israeli settlement, kibbutz, in the southern Golan Heights which lies in the municipal territory of the Golan Regional Council. Metzar was the 29th settlement on the Golan Heights. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the Golan Heights illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.
