Měkynec is a village and municipality ( obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 30 (as at 28 August 2006).
Měkynec lies approximately south-east of Strakonice, north-west of České Budějovice, and south of Prague.
