Loshavn
Loshavn is an outport at Eikvåg outside Farsund in Norway, located on the southeastern Lista at the mouth of Lyngdalsfjord. Here is perhaps the best-preserved wooden buildings along the southern coast. The place has a history of character, especially in the war years 1807-1814, the so-called kapertiden. In these years, Loshavn had los-site activities and also ran unauthorized hijacking of English ships with government approval along the coast.
