Wikipedia Longicrusavis Longicrusavis (meaning "long shin bird" in Latin) is an extinct genus of basal ornithuromorph bird within the family Hongshanornithidae. Remains have been found from the Lower Cretaceous Yixian Formation in Liaoning Province, China.
