Lindenhorst

__NOTOC__ Lindenhorst was a restaurant located in Valkenburg, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1983-1993.

Head chef in the time of the Michelin star was Ida Kleijnen.

Owner Ida Kleijnen sold the restaurant in 1994 to her son Paul Keijdener. The same day, they learned the restaurant had lost its Michelin star.

Keijdener continued the restaurant till 2004, when he decided to pursue other challenges. After a stint in France, he returned to Valkenburg in 2011. The old restaurant Lindenhorst was still for sale, so he moved back to the place where it all begun for him. After renovation, he reopened the restaurant as "Chez Paul".
