Libecina (German: ) is a village and municipality ( obec) in the Ústí nad Orlicí District, Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 161 (as at 2 October 2006).
Libecina lies approximately south-west of Ústí nad Orlicí, south-east of Pardubice, and east of Prague.
