Kouty is a village and municipality ( obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 188 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kouty lies approximately west of Havlíčkův Brod, north-west of Jihlava, and south-east of Prague.
Kouty is an arrondissement in the Ouémé department of Benin. It is an administrative division under the jurisdiction of the commune of Avrankou. According to the population census conducted by the Institut National de la Statistique Benin on February 15, 2002, the arrondissement had a total population of 12,751.
