Kocin
Kocin is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żagań, within Żagań County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately north-east of Żagań and south of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II). Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
Kočín (Plzeň-North District)
Kočín is a village and municipality ( obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 120 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kočín lies approximately north of Plzeň and west of Prague.
