Holmberg
Holmberg is primarily a Scandinavian surname formed from the words holm(e) meaning islet and berg meaning mountain. It is a relatively common name, at least in Sweden, which has to do with the fact that many Swedish place names contain the suffixes -holm, -holmen or -berg, -berga, -berget.
