Flopping

Flop \Flop\ (fl[o^]p), v. t. [imp. & p. p. Flopped (fl[o^]pt); p. pr. & vb. n. Flopping.] [A variant of flap.]

  1. To clap or strike, as a bird its wings, a fish its tail, etc.; to flap.
