Deštnice is a village and municipality ( obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 196 (as at 3 July 2006).
Deštnice lies approximately south-west of Louny, south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and west of Prague.
