Chrastavec is a village and municipality ( obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and consists of a population roughly around 256 people (as at 2 October 2006).
Chrastavec lies approximately south of Svitavy, south-east of Pardubice, and east of Prague.
