Ahora is a non-commercial Spanish-language radio network in the United States, operated as a joint venture of National Public Radio and Radio Netherlands Worldwide.
Ahora is the first live album by the punk rock band Chilean Fiskales Ad-Hok. It was recorded live at a concert at the local "La Batuta", in April 2000, and released a few months later, under CFA, an independent record label created by the same Fiskales Ad-Hok. This album is where the new drummer "Memo" makes its debut in the band. Furthermore, after launching this album on their first European tour, which leads to 8 countries ( Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland) where they play in a circuit squats and social centers, achieving recognition at the European punk scene.
Ahora is the debut studio album by American recording artist Chiquis Rivera, released on June 2, 2015 by Sweet Sound Records. As executive producer of the album, Chiquis took a wide role in its production, co-writing a majority of the songs, choosing which ones to produce and sharing ideas on the mixing and mastering of tracks.
Ahora reached number 1 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums and Billboard Regional Mexican Albums charts in the United States. According to Billboard magazine, Rivera is the first female to top the chart since her late mother, Jenni Rivera, opened at No. 1 on Dec. 20, 2014 with the posthumous album 1 Vida - 3 Historias: Metamorfosis - Despedida de Culican - Jenni Vive 2013.
The tracks on the album are a mixture of uptempos and ballads, inspired by the pop and banda genres.
According to Nielsen SoundScan, Ahora sold 7,000 copies in its first week of release.
