Zafartehalayi (, also Romanized as Z̧afartehalāyī) is a village in Chin Rural District, Ludab District, Boyer-Ahmad County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 462, in 93 families.
