What is "yseop"

Yseop (pronounced “Easy-Op”) is a privately held multinational computer software company with offices in New York, London, Lyon, Sydney, Dallas and Paris. The company offers two self-service products, Yseop Smart BI and Yseop Smart Customer Experience, and one plug and play product called Yseop Savvy. Smart BI complements existing BI tools, by analysing structured data and transforming it into written narrative in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German. Yseop Smart Customer Experience works in the Business Process Outsourcing ( BPO) sector. The software dialogs, analyses and offers advice and guidance in multiple languages. Savvy is a plug in for Microsoft Excel and Qlik (with more integrations coming according to the website) that adds narrative to dashboards. Currently, Yseop Savvy is being offered as a free trial.
