XHTAM-TDT
XHTAM-TDT, virtual channel 17 ( UHF digital channel 28), is a television station located in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, whose over-the-air signal also covers the Rio Grande Valley across the international border in the United States. The station is owned by the Grupo Televisa; it is the second affiliate of Canal de las Estrellas in the Rio Grande Valley, XERV-TDT being the other.
