XHMNL-TDT
XHMNL-TDT channel 28, known on-air as TV Nuevo León (TVNL), is an educational and public television station owned and operated by the government of the State of Nuevo León in Monterrey. It is part of the Radio y Televisión de Nuevo León system.
TVNL transmits diverse programming, from newscasts, sports, cultural, artistic and variety shows, besides the events activities of the Government of Nuevo León. It also broadcasts programming from Canal Once. Some TVNL programming can also be seen via the Mexicanal network in the United States.
