Xegasus Aviation Investments B.V. is a Dutch private equity company. It was founded in 2002, and is one of the very few venture capital groups specialised in international aerospace developments. Its financial services are based in Switzerland. Through venture capital/private equity Xegasus participates as business angel for the medium and long term in high potential start-ups and promising phase 1 and 2 companies. Additionally, Xegasus holds a portfolio of stock exchange listed aerospace funds.
Xegasus' participations include: MI Airline, Casper, Frontier Technologies, Estuary Holding, Aircraft Maintenance Netherlands, Catalina Hangars, Hines Aircraft
The name is derived from " Pegasus with the X-factor". Xegasus is a member of the Dutch Aviation Group and of the Dutch Historic Jet Association
