WVMP
WVMP is an Adult Album Alternative formatted broadcast radio station licensed to Vinton, Virginia, serving Metro Roanoke, Virginia. WVMP is owned and operated by Todd Robinson's WVJT, LLC.
WVJT, LLC, owner of several full-powered stations in the Roanoke/Lynchburg/Bedford market, began operating WVMP on August 1, 2016 and purchased it outright from William Amos' Community Media Group on August 3. Amos cited the decreasing amount of time he had to devote to the station, but became a minority shareholder in WVJT, LLC. No changes to format or branding came with the sale.
