The station is licensed to Berlin, Maryland, although its studios and main offices are located in the larger nearby city of Salisbury. The station broadcasts a rhythmic contemporary "Rhythmic Top 40" music format branded as OC104.
Its transmitter tower stands 348 feet (106.1 meters) and is located in Whaleyville.
