Wobenzym

Wobenzym (or Wobe-Mugos enzyme) is an enzyme containing plant-based enzymes bromelain and papain, supposedly to support a healthy immune system. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This product is not approved by the government to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Some possible side effects have been reported in medical literature.

According to their website, Wobenzym was developed in the late 1950s, and claim that it is "one of the worlds most researched joint-health brands.... [which] has been the focus of over 200 clinical studies conducted by both the German Wobenzym manufacturer, Mucos Pharma, and third-party researchers."
