The station is owned by Dreamcatcher Broadcasting, LLC; Tribune Broadcasting (a subsidiary of the Tribune Media Company) operates WNEP under a shared services agreement. The station maintains studio facilities located on Montage Mountain Road in Moosic, and its transmitter is on Penobscot Knob in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania.
