Wierzchomino
Wierzchomino (formerly German Varchmin) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Będzino, within Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It lies approximately south of Będzino, west of Koszalin, and north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.
Before 1945 the area of Farther Pomerania, where the village is located, was part of Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
