WIBQ (1230 AM, "NewsTalk 1230") is a radio station broadcasting a news/talk format. Licensed to Terre Haute, Indiana, the station serves the Terre Haute area. It first began broadcasting in 1983 under the call sign WPFR. The station is currently owned by Duey E. Wright, through licensee Midwest Communications, Inc.
