WHRL is a Public Radio formatted broadcast radio station licensed to Emporia, Virginia, serving Emporia in Virginia and Roanoke Rapids in North Carolina. WHRL is owned and operated by Hampton Roads Educational Telecommunications Association, Inc. and is a repeater station of WHRV.
