White Plains may refer to:
The White Plains Metro-North Railroad station serves the residents of White Plains, New York via the Harlem Line. It is from Grand Central Terminal, and the average travel time varies between 33 and 51 minutes (depending on if a train is express or local). With 9166 daily commuters as of 2006, White Plains is the busiest Metro-North station (other than Grand Central) in Westchester County, and the busiest non-terminal or transfer station on the New York Commuter Network.
Though it is not a terminal station, White Plains is one of the key stations on the Harlem Line. Its downtown White Plains location is not far from many businesses and office buildings making it very convenient to commuters and making it a stop for all off-peak trains and most peak trains regardless of terminal location. A short walk from the station is the White Plains TransCenter, a terminal/transfer point for many Bee-Line buses as well as intercity buses ( Greyhound Lines, Leprechaun Lines, Short Line Bus, and Trailways of New York) and Connecticut Transit's I-Bus to Stamford, Connecticut.
Pace University's Graduate Center is located across the street from the White Plains Station, while Pace Law School's campus lies several blocks away on North Broadway. Mercy College, Berkeley College, as well as The College of Westchester are also located within walking distance of the station. The Westchester campus of Fordham University, approximately away, is served by this station.
This station is located in the Zone 4 Metro-North fare zone.

White Plains, also known as the Thomas P. Lide House and Blackmon House, is a historic home located at Springville, Darlington County, South Carolina. It was built about 1822, and is a two-story, square, frame, weatherboard-clad residence with a low-pitched hip roof. The house was substantially remodeled in about 1839 and in the late 1840s or early 1850s. Also on the property is a contributing single-pen log corn crib. Thomas Lide was one of the most active and involved members of the Springville community.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
White Plains is an antebellum plantation house near the U.S. city of Algood, Tennessee. In the 19th century, the plantation provided a key stopover along the Walton Road, an early stagecoach road connecting Knoxville and Nashville, and in 1854 served as a temporary county seat for the newly formed Putnam County. In 2009, the house was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
The White Plains plantation was established in 1809 by William Quarles (1752–1814), a Revolutionary War veteran who had migrated to the area from Virginia. Quarles' grandson, Stephan Decatur Burton (1813–1892), built the White Plains house sometime around 1848, and in the late 1950s Harvey Draper bought the house and made numerous renovations. Draper's granddaughter is the house's current owner.
