The Weltbühne-Prozess was a criminal procedures against critical media and journalists in the Weimar Republic. Among the accused were the editors of the weekly magazine Die Weltbühne and Carl von Ossietzky, plus the journalist Walter Kreiser. They were accused of treason and divulging military secrets. In November 1931, they were condemned by the 4. senat of the Reichsgericht in Leipzig to 18 months of imprisonment.
