Węgrzynowice-Modrzewie is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Budziszewice, within Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately north of Budziszewice, north of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and east of the regional capital Łódź.
