What is "warbat"

Warbat is an Arabic pastry similar to baklava, consisting of layers thin phyllo dough filled with custard, sometimes also filled with pistachios, walnuts, almonds, or sweet cheese.

When served with cream is can be called warbat bi-qishteh or warbat be kishta. The treat is particularly associated with the Ramadan holiday.
