Waardenburg is a town in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Neerijnen, and lies about 13 km west of Tiel.
Waardenburg was a separate municipality until 1978, when it was merged with Neerijnen.
In 2001, the town of Waardenburg had 1730 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.98 km², and contained 625 residences. The statistical area "Waardenburg", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 2320.
