Bairat is a town in northern Jaipur district of Rajasthan, India. It is located 52 km north of Jaipur, and 66 km west of Alwar.

Viratnagar constituency covers all voters from Viratnagar tehsil; part of Kotputli tehsil, which includes ILRC Paota; and part of Shahpura tehsil, which includes Chhapra Khurd, Nathawala, Rampura and Saiwar of ILRC Shahpura.
